The City of Camrose Land Use Bylaw #2880/16 defines a Secondary Suite as a second self-contained dwelling unit within a principal dwelling, where both dwelling units are registered under the same land title.
All Secondary Suites within the City are required to obtain:
1) Development Authority approval and
2) Building Permits and approved inspections.
