                                       PUBLIC HEARING of Proposed Bylaw 2901-16 and 2902-16 : 
  
   DATE:     September 19, 2016 
   TIME:      5:00 p.m. 
   PLACE:   Camrose City Hall, Council Chambers, 5204 - 50 Avenue
 

   This proposed bylaw is to amend the Land Use Bylaw #2880-16 by closing a portion of the lane located behind 19 Montrose Avenue and 
   assign the R1- Low Density Residential District.  
    
    Any person(s) interested in the passing of these bylaws are encouraged to attend the Public Hearing. Any written submissions to be considered

                                      PUBLIC HEARING of Proposed  Bylaw 2903-16 :

     DATE:      September 6, 2016
     TIME:       5:00 p.m.
     PLACE:    Camrose City Hall, Council Chamgers, 5204 - 50 Avenue 
 

     This proposed bylaw is to amend the Land Use Bylaw#2880-16 by adding "Industrial, General Light" to Section 2.2-Definitions, and
      to add "Industrial, General Light" as a Permitted Use under Section 16.1.2.  These proposed changes will allow for the consideration
      of a development permit for a craft spirits distillery to be located in the industrial park.    
 
      Any person(s) interested in the passing of this bylaw is encouraged to attend the Public Hearing. Any written submissions to be considered
