The Development Permits have been approved SUBJECT TO THE RIGHT OF APPEAL to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB).  Any person wishing to appeal an approval may do so by serving a written notice of appeal and the REQUIRED FEE to the Secretary, Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, 5204 - 50 Avenue, Camrose, AB

                Development Permit #4140 - Variance Approval - Approved on June 14, 2016
A Development Permit application to be considered was approved for a variance of the front yard setback at the following location:   #18, 5405 - 39 Avenue; Unit 18, Plan 0529035. 
The non-conforming front yard setback of 5.50m encroaches by .50 into the minimum 6.0m required setback.

The Subdivision Approval Authority has conditionally approved a subdivision of lots 26 and 27 into three individually titled lots. At this time the owner has not expressed interest to intensify the use.
