About Valleyview Residential Development
Valleyview is a City of Camrose owned residential development located south of Camrose Drive (Hwy.13A). This architecturally controlled neighbourhood provides options to express your individuality while complementing the overall theme. The development includes a naturalized pond with park areas, railway themed playground, and asphalt trails offering views of Camrose Creek.

Valleyview is divided into four phases with a fifth phase tentatively scheduled for completion in 2009.
