Municipal Development Plan has been Approved

The City of Camrose is pleased to announce Camrose City Council has passed Bylaw 3341-24 being the Our Camrose, Shaping the Future Municipal Development Plan (MDP). The MDP will be effective as of January 1, 2025. The City of Camrose would like to thank members of the public, the Technical Review Committee and the Community Advisory Committee for all of their engagement, support and input throughout the duration of this project.

Track Passes Will Be Free Starting January 2, 2025!

We are excited to announce that track passes will be free for everyone beginning January 2, 2025. If you already have a paid track pass, you can get a prorated refund:
- Refunds are available only in-person at the Community Services office.
- The Community Services office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 4:30pm (closed on holidays).
- The last day to request a refund is June 1, 2025.

Expanded Bus Service Starting January 7, 2025!

We’re excited to announce that we’re adding an extra day to the Camrose Community Bus schedule! Starting January 7, 2025, the bus will now run Tuesday through Saturday. This means you can catch a ride with us on an additional day - Wednesdays!
What You Need to Know:
- The bus will now operate Tuesday to Saturday each week
- Sundays and Mondays will be used to give the drivers a break and for bus maintenance
- There will be enhanced snow clearing services at bus stops to improve accessibility and convenience
Seasonal Dog Park Open at Golf Course

The winter off-leash dog park is now open at the golf course!
The 'south nine' at the Camrose Golf Course has been designated as the dog off-leash area over the winter period. View a map of the Winter Seasonal Off Leash Dog Park.
When you're at the golf course:
- Please don't walk or let your pets walk on the course if frost is present
- Please watch out for Golf Course staff as they will still be doing work on the course for the next few weeks.
