Volunteer Opportunities

Posted On Monday September 20, 2021

Each year City Council appoints citizens to various Committees, Commissions or Boards as vacancies come up or terms expire.  The City of Camrose is seeking adult residents to fill vacancies commencing January 2022.

There are a number of ways that Camrose residents can get involved in shaping their community. Volunteering to serve is a great way to be actively involved in local government and to represent your community. Residents, appointed as members at large, typically are appointed for three year terms.

If you are interested in serving on a City Committee, Commission, or Board, there are a number of volunteer opportunities available.  For information on the mandate, current members, and frequency of meetings visit Committees and Boards.

For information on the available positions, the appointment process, or to obtain an application visit Volunteer Opportunities or email Carla Johnson at cjohnson@camrose.ca or call 780.678.3027.

Please submit your application(s) to Carla Johnson by email at cjohnson@camrose.ca or in person at City Hall, 5204 - 50 Avenue.
