Introducing: Camrose Police Service Victim Services Unit

As you may have heard the Government of Alberta changed the funding model and infrastructure of Victim Services across the province. As a result of this change, the Camrose Police Service has taken on the role of victim support in this area, effective November 1st, 2023.

The Camrose Police Service Victim Services Unit will continue to support the RCMP and County of Camrose until the redesign is complete ensuring no gaps in service.

Camrose Police Service would like to welcome Vikki Williams as their new Victim Services Program Manager. Vikki was the Program Manager with Camrose and District Victim Services Society. Her experience and education in criminal justice and victim support make her a great fit for this role.

They would also like to thank the previous Board of Directors for their dedication to Victim Services and Victim Advocacy over the years.
