The City of Camrose is requesting quotations for the demolition of the Stoney Creek Lodge property located at 4319 - 53 Street. The site consists of the main lodge (Building #1), a 4-unit residential building (Building #2) and a small garage (Building #3). The scope of work includes the demolition of Building #1 and #2 only.
