Water Quality

We’re seeing higher than usual levels of ammonia at Dried Meat Lake, which is the source for Camrose’s drinking water.

Residents may notice a temporary musty flavour and smell, and, potentially, some discoloration.

The water continues to be safe to drink and as always, we will continue to monitor water quality very closely.
