Upcoming City Hall Closures

The City of Camrose is reaching a major milestone in a large, multi-year project: the transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial system. This upgrade will modernize how we manage finance, payroll, taxation, and utilities, helping us deliver more efficient and reliable services.

City Hall will be CLOSED on the following dates:

Monday, September 29, 2025

Closed for the installation of a new financial software system that introduces enhanced finance and payroll functionality. Staff will still be available by phone and email on this day.

Tuesday, September 30, 2025

Closed in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. All administrative offices will be closed, and staff will not be available.

City Hall will re-open to the public on October 1, 2025.

Important: Payments received on October 1, 2025, will be applied to any amounts owing as of September 30, 2025, to ensure no penalties are applied.
