Candidate Campaign Financial Statements

As required by section 147.4 of the Local Authorities Election Act, in the case of a general election, on or before September 30 of a year in which a general election is to be held, a candidate who has received contributions in the period beginning on January 1 and ending on July 31 of that year must file a disclosure statement in respect of that period.

Important: Election Officials do not review candidates’ disclosure statements for accuracy or completeness, nor provide any assurances respecting their accuracy, thoroughness, or legality.
