National Organ and Tissue Donation Awareness Week Proclamation

One donor can save up to eight lives and enhance the lives of as many as 75 people through tissue donation. Taking a moment to learn more and share your decision to register can make a lasting difference.

Public awareness gives our community opportunity to recognize the lifesaving impact of organ and tissue donation, thank donors and their families, and encourage important conversations about registering as a donor.

Therefore, Mayor PJ Stasko, hereby proclaims April 19-25, 2026, as National Organ and Tissue Donation Awareness Week throughout the City of Camrose.
