New Look Coming to City of Camrose Tax and Utility Bills

The City of Camrose is introducing a new system to manage property tax and utility billing. While most of the transition will take place behind the scenes, residents will notice a new look to their bills.

Starting in March 2026, utility bills and account statements will have an updated format with a cleaner layout and some additional information. Property tax notices mailed in May will also use this new format. Watch for the new bill design beginning in March!

There are no changes to how customers pay their bills. Account numbers will remain the same, and all current payment options will continue as usual, including in-person payments, online banking, pre-authorized payments, and the Tax Instalment Payment Plan. If you currently have pre-authorized payments set up, they will continue without interruption.

Later in 2026, the City expects to launch a new online customer portal that will allow residents to view their tax and utility bills and account information online. More details will be shared as the launch date approaches.

Residents do not need to take any action at this time. If you have questions, please contact City Hall at 780.672.4426.
