Online System Maintenance Affecting Maps, Permits and Service Requests

Our Geographic Information System (GIS) software will be down starting at 4:30 PM on Thursday, September 10 to facilitate a system upgrade. This will affect maps, permits, and service requests that are available through our website.

We understand that this work will impact some business operations which is why the majority of this work has been scheduled over a weekend, to help lessen the impact.  Our software should be up and running by Monday, September 14, barring unforeseen circumstances.
