Temporary Change to Online Recreation Account Creation

The City of Camrose is currently undertaking a major upgrade to our Financial System. As part of this “ERP replacement” project, we’ll also be migrating data from our recreation software.

Beginning November 3rd, and continuing until further notice, residents will not be able to create new online accounts for recreation programs such as swimming lessons, day camps, and arts or creative programs.

This temporary change will help prevent duplicate accounts and ensure that all information in the new system is accurate.

If you already have an account, you can continue to log in as usual at cityofcamrose.perfectmind.com.

  • If you think you may already have an account but are not sure, select “Forgot Password” to reset your password and check your email to see if you have received further instructions to gain immediate access.

If you need to create a new account after November 3rd:

  • Submit your request using the Temporary Recreation Account Request Form
  • Requests are reviewed by City staff within two business days. You’ll receive an email with next steps once your request has been processed.

    • Or visit one of the above departments in person and we’ll be happy to help!
