Temporary Change to Online Recreation Account Creation
The City of Camrose is currently undertaking a major upgrade to our Financial System. As part of this “ERP replacement” project, we’ll also be migrating data from our recreation software.
New recreation accounts are now available through an online form. This is a temporary measure as part of our major financial system upgrade to prevent duplicate accounts and ensure all information in the new system is accurate.
This temporary change will help prevent duplicate accounts and ensure that all information in the new system is accurate.
If you already have an account, you can continue to log in as usual at cityofcamrose.perfectmind.com.
- If you think you may already have an account but are not sure, select “Forgot Password” to reset your password and check your email to see if you have received further instructions to gain immediate access.
If you need to create a new account:
- Submit your request using the Temporary Recreation Account Request Form
- Requests are reviewed by City staff within two business days. You’ll receive an email with next steps once your request has been processed.
