The Development Authority has 20 days after application receipt to determine if an application is complete. If no decision is made within 20 days or within an agreed time period, the application is deemed complete.

A Notice of Decision must be made within 40 days of the deemed completion date.

Appeals: The time period for appealing a decision is 21 days from the decision date. The appeal period for persons who are affected by a development permit is 21 days after the notice date of the permit.

Decision by the City of Camrose Subdivision Approval Authority

Take notice that on June 6, 2025, City of Camrose Subdivision and Development Authority conditionally approved the following subdivision:

LEGAL: 4723 4725 48th Street, Camrose, Alberta (Lot 1, Block 7A, Plan 1961KS)

PURPOSE: The purpose of the subdivision is to subdivide Lot 1, Block 7A, Plan 1961KS into two lots along party wall of duplex.

 

 

The subdivision decision was mailed on June 5, 2025. Mail is deemed to be received seven (7) days from the date the decision was mailed. An appeal on a subdivision application must be filed within fourteen (14) days of the date in which mail is deemed to have been received. Therefore, an appeal on a subdivision decision must be filed no later than June 26, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.
