Leagues
|
If you are interested in playing in a league, Camrose has three leagues to choose from:
- Men’s Night - Tuesday nights at 6:30pm. 9-Holes of golf against an opponent playing various golf formats like Match Play, 2-Man Scrambles, Stablefords, Best score, etc.
- Seniors Day - Tuesday morning tee times starting at 9:00am. Golfers play their own ball and are grouped into foursomes.
- Ladies Day - Thursday morning tee times starting at 9:00am. Golfers play their own ball and are grouped into foursomes.
- Ladies Night - Wednesday nights from May 31st to August 9th with tee times between 6:00pm - 6:40pm. Registration is required each week on the Sunday prior to the Wednesday you want to golf. 9-hole Green Fee and Cart are at cost of player. Enter to win prizes and join us upstairs for some more fun after you're done!
- Junior Drop-in League - Every Monday from July 10th - August 28th with Instructions at 1:00pm and Tee Times at 1:30pm. Cost is $5/week with weekly prizes! All Juniors able to play 9 holes of golf without supervision are welcome! Register at the Pro Shop before 1:00pm each Monday.

Junior Day Camps

Introduction to the wonderful world of golf for any youth between the ages of 5 - 9! Learn the basic swing fundamentals and share in some life learning experiences with:
- Bill Penny, PGA of Canada Master Golf Professional
- Gary Christenson, PGA of Canada Head Golf Professional
Golf Camp includes:
- 3 hours of instruction
- “Junior Golfer of Camrose” t-shirt
- Hot dog and juice after day 3
Dates: July 17th, 18th, and 19th Times: 10:00am – 11:00am and 12:00pm - 1:00pm (if needed) Cost: $60.00 each

Pro Shop
|
The Camrose Golf Course offers a fully stocked Pro Shop. Whether you need a new set of irons, a sleeve of the latest balls, or a new grip on your club, the Pro shop caters to the equipment needs of all golfers - experts and beginners alike.

Beverage Cart
|
On the course there is a beverage cart with a wide variety of ice-cold drinks (non-alcoholic and alcoholic), coffee, and snacks.
|
Kiosk
|
The Kiosk, located at the clubhouse between holes 9 and 10, will provide you with golf course fare. The hours of operation vary with the seasons and is weather dependent.

Rules
|
Local Rules
- RCGA rules govern all play except where modified by local rules
- Out of Bounds - All white stakes and perimeter fencing
- Water Hazard - Yellow stakes
- Lateral Water Hazard - Red stakes
- Staked Trees - Green stakes: Free drop - from the nearest point of relief, within one club length of where it lies, no closer to the hole, no penalty
- Screens on Hole 12 and All Fences: They are objects defining out-of-bounds, therefore there is no relief from these structures
- Water Hazard Hole Four: If the ball is lost in the hazard, the player may, under penalty of one stroke, play another ball from either the
- spot the original ball was played, or
- designated drop area - follow signage to that area
Golf Course Regulations
- Golfers must vacate the course at the sound of storm warning air horn
- Faster groups must play through
- Power carts must be kept 30 feet from greens and drivers must obey all directional signs and ropes
- Each golfer must have own clubs
- Golf professional staff have authority for flow of play
- People stopping for lunch or snacks between nines lose priority on the tenth tee
- No one may start on the tenth tee without permission from the Pro Shop
- Disks in the centre of the fairway mark the distance
- Dress code and soft spikes are in effect
- For safety reasons, non-golfing children under the age of twelve are not permitted on the playing area of the golf course
