Ready, Set, Play!
Ready, Set, Play! is a fun and interactive way to get active while exploring Camrose’s parks and trails and learning about the many cultures that make up our community. Through this initiative, newcomer families helped design and paint picnic table games inspired by games from their homelands and cultural traditions. The tables are located around Mirror Lake, encouraging residents and visitors to get outside, stay active, connect with others, and experience free family-friendly activities while celebrating cultural diversity and community connection.
As you explore the different Ready, Set, Play! tables "around the world", we encourage you to take photos and share your favourite one with us for a chance to win a prize! Send one photo to recreation@camrose.ca to be entered.
